1. CCS2 Combo Adapter is only for EU Tesla Model S, X built after 05.2019. Not compatible with US Tesla and other car brand vehicles
2. For 2012–2019 EU Model S/X, this product can be used if the vehicle has already been upgraded to support the CCS charging protocol.
How to check if your vehicle supports CCS?
On the touchscreen, go to:
Controls → Software → Additional Vehicle Information
If it displays: “CCS enabled”
it means the vehicle supports CCS.
How to upgrade to CCS protocol?
Steps:
1. Visit a Tesla Service Center.
2. Replace:
*The charging control module (CCS ECU)
*Possibly the internal charging port components
3. Perform a software update.
4. Then purchase a CCS2 adapter.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
